All Sales Are Final — With Our Condition Guarantee

Every item in VM Madden Collections is either a one-of-a-kind piece, or vintage or antique piece with its own history. Because of their unique nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our Promise: Each item is described and photographed accurately to represent its condition, including any known wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with age. If your item arrives in a condition that is materially different from how it was described or shown, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [VMMaddencollections@gmail.com] so we can make it right.

Rest assured that we take extra care packaging every item, especially fragile antiques and collectibles. Pieces are individually wrapped, cushioned, and inspected before leaving our hands.

We are not responsible for differences in color due to monitor settings, or for the natural variations inherent in antique and vintage materials.
