This stunning bookcase from 1880 is the perfect blend of Victorian era craftsmanship, and fresh modern style! Originally it’s a traditional piece that has been thoughtful on updated with baby blue paint, that beautifully contrasts its rare, natural cedar plank backing, and unique adjustable shelving!
It measures 54” x 12” x 52” tall. This piece is HEAVY! Make sure to bring help to move this lovely piece! It also has a larger matching bookcase that’s listed in a separate listing.
Please note- this is a bet bookcase, but does have some flaws, as expected with age. It once had doors, you can see where the hinges were. The back is just slightly bowed and can make adjusting the shelves a little tight. But it’s not something that’s noticeable. There’s a few paint spots on the shelves, as well as normal wear and tear. Overall, it’s very well made, and super solid!
