Add a pop of color to your space with this beautiful, highly collectible Vintage Native American Zuni Fetish Pot. This authentic ceremonial vessel features a heavily textured exterior entirely coated in crushed turquoise chips and sand. Accenting the body are hand-carved stone animal fetishes secured to the perimeter with leather hide ties.
This pot like all fetish pots are one of a kind. It is signed on the bottom by the artist who made it. It measures approximately 8.5 inches tall by approximately 9 inches in diameter on the widest part. This pot comes with a "Story of the turquoise fetish pots"
Please note- This is pre-owned and does have some flaws. Some of the fetish animal pieces are broken, and one is missing entirely- see pics. There were feathers attached around the fetish animals, but most of them have worn off. Aside from that, the pot itself is in very good vintage condition.
Replacement fetish animals can be purchased if you wanted to fill the empty spot, or replace any of the broken ones. Otherwise the broken ones aren't that noticeable, and if the empty spot is in the back, you also don't notice it.
